it all started in a cafe, it seems to often start in cafes. ideas popping over a nice shot of espresso and a good cup of tea, often in the fellowship of friends and family. Felix Salten wrote Bambi in a viennese cafe, a cafe that operates to this very day with Rick Steves books pronouncing its location by the fruit that was produced from the place. In a small cafe in a suburb of Cleveland an idea for this blog started, one that would combine two loves in my life, the Word of God, and coffee. Part of my aims in this blog is not only to write on scripture and coffee but to give an honest review of cafe's I visit. I've noticed that cafes are more than the beverages or food that these serve, but have an atmosphere to them some which are quite noteworthy, and since often enough, many independent cafes are being threatened by the chain Starbucks of the world, I hope to encourage some to check out these places.
